What have the IAEA and UN Security Council initiatives on the wake of the Japanese Nuclear disaster?

The authorities especially the international agency on nuclear IAEA must conduct a professional secretariat of sort specifically for this Japan nuclear disaster so that the public can get updated and precise information on an hour-by-hour situation of this catastrophic world-wide threat. The UN Security Council should also put this nuclear threat as part of their agenda in an effort to mobilize military expertise to help avert a worse-case scenario in terms of widespread catastrophic event not only in the affected area but also in Japan and the rest of its neighboring areas.
