Who were John F. Kennedy's enemies and why did they hate him?

And please add what source you used to find this i am writing an essay about JFK's ination and how i believe that Lee HArvey Oswald was innocent and that someone else had killed him but i don't know who could have hated JFK to the extent that they'd actually kill him.
