Where can I get a Personal loan for $75000?

I am a STUDENT and I have NO credit/ some minor credit problems ( not paying some bills) But Mostly I have NO credit. I need a "Personal" Loan NOT one for school. Where in the world do I go to get it WITHOUT a "co-signer"?? ----- Do NOT answer my question with an "loan offer" . ANY Ideas?
