What kind of person is WWE Superstar Billy Graham in real life, I am asking for a reason?

Okay, a year ago this past January i went to Billy Graham's website and emailed him and asked if he could send my son an autographed picture, I sent him a picture of my son as well. He wrote back and said he would be more than happy too and asked for my address to send it to. I waited nothing ever came, he wrote me asking for the addy again and said he had misplaced our address. Well, nothing ever came, and around that time is when the whole thing with Chris Benoit happend, and he was busy doing interviews on CNN and Fox along with other wrestlers. So, at this point with the Benoit thing, I kinda gave up wrestling for a couple of weeks because it just made me sick at my stomach to think about Chris. Anyway, A couple of weeks ago I emailed him again, this was only my second time emailing him, and he and I both have aol and you can go in and check on the status of and email if the other person has aol and it said he deleted the email without reading. What kinda person is he?
