Update for Sprinkle on 96 3.3 Dodge Intrepid?

if you have power at relay pin b rd/wt wire, power at pin a green wire, and the wire from relay to tcm is good, the realy has to be missing ground. if the ground is ok the wire from the relay to the tcm has to be bad. if there is another electrical problem with the trans teh tcm will shut the relay off and give you limp in. if you clear everything and reemble the car and drive it, what dtcs set in the pcm, do any set in the tcm?
