The mail from members should be post to my group directly without my approvel. is it possible?

well i m a moderator of my group i wanna make some changes for my members convenience.. like at the moment if one of my member sending some message on my group then that wont deliver to other members untill and unless i m not gonna approve it.it means all the time i m receiving a message to my own e-mail id to approve it. so i just wanna cancle this setting please hepl me...
