Is occasional cross dressing OK?

My husband has the habit of cross dressing once in a month at night time.He wears sarees and ornaments like ear rings on both ears,nose studs on both nostrils( his ears and both nostrils are pierced),necklace.,mangalsutra,bindi,toe rings and bangles.He is otherwise a loving and affectionate husband.Should accept this habit /is this ok or should I ask him to see a psychologist?
