Is it possible that people who communicate by sign language have "accent" or "dialect"?

Could the way a single person presents their signing differ with where they are taught? Could someone taught to sign in Birmingham sign in a similar way to someone else taught to sign a few miles away, but in a different fashion to someone taught to sign in London? Would these sorts of difference ever be obvious enough for someone to determine where the signer is from?
