I may have ingested undercooked duck?

i can't really tell if it was undercooked or not. it was a little bit of a peach color in the middle and it was dripping a little red when i cut it. but i ate it anyways because i really couldn't tell. what does raw duck look or taste like? and if i ingested something raw, is there a way to prevent food poisoning?
