I haven't had my period for a couple of months but all tests say negative! Help please me!?

Hello my name is Angela. I am happily married and have a job that I love, but I have been trying to have a baby and no luck! I have not had protected in over a year and I still can't get pregnant. For the last two months I have not had my period, I have taken at least 5 tests and they all say negative. What could be wrong with me? I am so afraid that I will not be able to have the baby my husband and I have always wanted. Please try to help me =(
