I'm Absolutely horrified the lady who has a Kangaroo cooped up in a small pen in the USA, for show? Thanks?

This poor kangaroo is cooped up in a pen for four hours a day on show. You can see it is scared, it is pacing up and down. Why isn't she charged for animal cruelty or put it in a huge pen. Maybe we should put that person in a small pen for four hours a day Our roos have most Australia to jump around in.What do you think. I'm horrified
