How do we go about this?

We want to purchase a home. I am the one bringing in the money but my credit is bad I have a 534. My wife is a stay at home mom but she has the better credit its a 633. Can we use my income but not have me as a co-signer. She has some income as well from child support every month. We are in Florida. I have a deed in lieu on a previous property from 2 years ago. Her name is not on the previous property
