HELP - Should i believe him?

He seems to be trying to build himself up in your eyes, but the problem is his poor example of his faithfulness or whatever he is trying to show. He also says he loves you, but doing what he was doing, if he was really doing it, shows how much he loves you. (not!) I think he is a typical player. He is always manipulating, and he says what he thinks girls like to hear.
