Can I used a registered trademark in different cl?

Let's just say, for example, Motorola is a registered trademark under the mobile phones cl, and not registered under toys cl in U.S. Now, can I register Motorola trademark under toys cl using the ALMOST the same logo (i just change the color) and start producing Motorola toy robots?
