ABDOMINAL PAINS PLEASE HELP!!?

Okay so yesterday i was walking back from the store and i started to get pains in my stomache lower left and lower right part where my appendix is. is wasnt to bad not enough to go to hospital. so i layed on the couch and it went away after a bit. i had nuase and took a hot bath and i felt completly better. now its the nest day. Since i took the bath i get pains were my appendix is and ont he left from it and my"backside" (please dont make fun it the truth) so i guess il say my Bum...... everytime i like fart or try and poo..... i farted only 2 times since last night little tiny ones. Do you think its my appendix? did it explode? i ahve been sick fro like almost a year. im 15, never had my period and the doctor and everyone think there on the way so maybe this is why i felt like that and sill do?? please help
