How do i make dog go away!! plz hlp?

ok i have a dog that just appeard infront of our house and it wont go away....its sick..so i realli dont want it here and this is puerto rico....so dont be surprized this happens alot and i read other answers..and dat i know of ..dog pounds dont exist here.....i wet it with water to make it go away.and it thought i was feeding it, so it was happi so now it likes me...plz hlp
