Does smoking cigarettes make women more flirty?

I dated a woman who only smoked when she drank because it enhanced her buzz. She did seem to be a bit more flirty and horny as well. Of course, it may have just been due to my wit, charm, and the fact I was buying the drinks (not the cigs though).
