Can someone confined to the Left-Hemisphere and thinking perceive "Conscience" , which is Esoteric ?

If Intuition is the only way to experience Conscience, what is it those who "think" they know what Conscience is, is? Could it be delusional thinking confusing Conscience and consciousness?
