Are there limits of free speech in the constitution?

This case gave the first official definition of free speech. According to the supreame court, disturbing, offensive, upsetting, and obscene speech is not free speech protected by the constitution. So as the times change free speech changes since what is obscene to one generation may not be obscene to the next generation.
